  20. Funny you should ask. There is a big article in the March VTU titled 
  21. "Cybernetica Under Investigation". Cybernetica is the company behind 
  22. Newton's Law or as it is now known, Impact. Looks like it might be awhile 
  23. before you see it widely available.  The company is under investigation 
  24. by the Santa Barbara Police Department but the president of Cybernetica 
  25. says they will be shipping Impact in the near future. You might want to 
  26. read the article before making any decisions on this package.
